Scott always has a smile and upbeat personality for all. a sincere and kind heart for all of he's customers along with this quality knack he possesses of listening to the customers needs and wants, then he sum's it all up with he's years of knowledge. at this time he knows exactly whats best suited for his customers needs more so then the customer themselves. example. what ride you wanted all totaled up may be now out of your price range.   • "On April 10th, 2017. I purchase my new bike. ( 2004 Honda Goldwing) My sales man was Mr. Steve Lands. From start to end we stay in contact with each other discussing the process of obtaining the bike I wanted. I had originally picked another bike that caught my eye. So I set my mind on that particular bike. I was making future plans and very excited. Respect and honesty says a lot about a person character. As time came closer to signing the paper work. Mr. Lands contacted me and advise me there was a mechanical problem with the bike I wanted. I was disappointed at first. But Steve informed me he had another bike of that model with greater value and lesser miles. And If I wanted that one. He could make it happen. I so much appreciate his honesty about the other bike problems. You hear all these horror stories about people selling junk bikes just to make some money. This wasn't the case with Monroe Motorsports. After working the night shift, straight after work I went directly to the shop on the 10th. Meeting Steve in person a great experience and his financial team member Mr. Spencer. The process went smooth and I am very happy with my decision on purchasing a bike from Monroe Motrosports.
